Position Summary:
The Operations Associate position is a dynamic job that will see and impact nearly all aspects of Optimize’s internal operations and our clients’ projects. The position sits with our Operations team and reports to the CEO. This role will be involved in a wide range of tasks related to client projects and internal operations, including client request triaging, meeting preparation, research, and administrative functions. Additionally, the Associate will collaborate with all team members to help them achieve their objectives. This role demands flexibility, the ability to solve problems independently, creative thinking, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
**Work organization and management: **Under the direction of CEO, track, organize, and complete work related to Optimize clients, which could include tasks and projects related to recruitment, financial operations, administrative functions, and more.
Reporting: Regularly report to the rest of the team on the status of your assigned projects and tasks.
Collaborative teamwork: Work with the team to collaboratively complete both internal and client facing work.
Independent problem solving: Work independently to identify potential issues before they arise, analyze existing problems, and propose and execute on solutions.
Documentation: Document all work in Optimize’s internal Knowledge Base.
