Position Summary

Technicolor Political is seeking an Operations Associate. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Operations Associate will assist the operations team in managing vendor relationships, including processing contracts, tracking invoices and payments, and maintaining vendor records. 

 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing vendor and client onboarding, gathering w9 and relevant documents.

  • Create and send vendor and client invoices 

  • Maintain detailed client and vendor records, and draft and provide weekly vendor and client updates

  • Assist the accounting team in reconciling financial records

  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors on payment questions and needs

  • Assist in executing vendor contracts 

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

 

Essential Skills 

  • Quickbooks proficient

  • Google Sheet/Excel proficient

  • Detail oriented and highly organized

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive problem solving 

  • Experience working with remote teams

  • Interest or experience working in politics preferred
