Jonathan Nez is seeking a hard-working individual to join our campaign as a Field Organizer for the 2026 election cycle. Ideal candidates will have exceptional organizational management skills, be personable with a positive attitude, be a team player,be attentive to detail, and be willing to adjust and manage in an ever-changing environment.
No prior campaign experience is necessary for this role, though candidates with demonstrated experience in politics, policy, organizing or issue advocacy will receive preferred consideration.. Successful applicants will work well under deadlines, manage time and people well, and have excellent interpersonal and communications skills. This position reports to the Organizing Director. This role will include extensive travel across Arizona. This is a full time salaried position based in Arizona’s 2nd District. Applicants must have a computer, valid driver's license, accessible and reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Engage in direct voter contact such as door knocking, phone banking, and high traffic canvassing
Recruit, train and manage volunteers to participate in direct voter contact activities
Coordinate volunteer events such as direct voter contact events, community events, and community service opportunities
Cultivate and maintain community relationships by actively participating in local events, focusing on volunteer recruitment and strengthening partnerships
Manage daily and weekly metrics for voter contact and volunteer recruitment, working towards multiple goals simultaneously
Amplify campaign messaging and engage constituents through digital and social media
Assist in office management and organization for regional team
Any other duties as assigned

Position is based in Arizona’s 2nd Congressional District.
