The Dan Koh for Congress campaign is hiring an ** Organizing Director** to join our fast-paced Democratic
campaign in Massachusetts’ 6th Congressional District.
Description / Duties
The Organizing Director is responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of the campaign’s
voter outreach program. Working closely with the Campaign Manager, this person will develop a
metrics-driven program, manage the day-to-day operations of the organizing plan, manage a team of
Field Organizers, and recruit/train/manage volunteers to achieve campaign goals.
Desired Experience
Candidates must have at least one cycle of experience as a Field Organizer, with a preference for an
individual with two or more cycles of organizing experience. They must have the ability to work in a
fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines, and have strong attention to detail. Preference will be
given to candidates with staff or intern management experience.
Requirements
Car, laptop, cell phone, and willingness to work nights/weekends. This role is in-person and based in
MA-6.

Compensation
This role pays between $4,500 - $5,500 per month, commensurate with experience. The campaign
provides health insurance reimbursement for marketplace insurance up to $450/mo.
