Jeremy Moss for Congress is hiring an Organizing Director to join our fast-paced campaign in Michigan’s 11th District. This role will be critical in building a robust voter contact and volunteer engagement program in the heart of Oakland County.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work closely with the Campaign Manager to build a comprehensive field program and strategy.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of organizers, fellows, and volunteers.
Establish metrics and goals for the organizing team, track progress to goal, monitor success of the organizing program, and ongoing team coaching.
Communicate clear priorities, needs, and expectations up and down the chain.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least two cycles of relevant community or political organizing experience
Proficiency in VAN and other digital organizing tools
Excellent organization, management, and interpersonal skills, and multicultural competence
Must have a personal vehicle and current drivers license

Based in Oakland County, Michigan
Salary range is $5,500-6,500/month, commensurate with experience
Required to work irregular hours and weekends.
