Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and dedicated Field Organizers to join our
team. As a Field Organizer, you will play a crucial role in mobilizing voters, engaging volunteers,
and executing a variety of voter contact tactics meant to turn out voters for the Democratic
candidate. This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated, personable, and eager to
make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
● Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to participate in door-to-door canvassing, phone
banking, high traffic canvassing and other voter outreach efforts.
● Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, key
activists, volunteer leaders, and voters.
● Organize and execute a broad range of visibility events to educate voters and engage
potential volunteers, including events such as town halls, rallies, and voter registration
drives.
● Implement the campaign's field plan to meet volunteer recruitment, voter contact and
engagement goals, as well as collect and report data from field activities to track progress
and inform strategy.
● Communicate campaign messages effectively to voters and volunteers.
● Assist with other campaign tasks as needed.
