JOB DESCRIPTION

The Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee (PA HDCC) is seeking a Finance Director to lead and manage all aspects of its fundraising operation for the 2026 election cycle. The PA HDCC is the only committee solely responsible for protecting and expanding the 1-seat Democratic majority in the PA House. Last cycle, the HDCC spent over $25 million to protect the majority in the face of a red wave in PA.

This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for building and executing a robust finance plan to fully fund caucus operations, support campaigns, and protect and expand Pennsylvania’s Democratic majority.

The ideal candidate is an experienced political fundraiser with a deep commitment to electing Democrats, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We ask that applicants for this position are willing to commit to working through the election in November of 2026.
