Summary: We are looking to add a** Project Manager** to our team to oversee our growing paid canvassing efforts. This position would play a key role alongside company leadership to scale our program nationally. This role would entail overseeing on-the-ground Canvassers and Team Leaders to ensure our goals are met.
Job Overview
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Oversee all aspects of 1-3 paid canvassing campaigns at a time, including hiring and training of staff, quality control, and reporting.
Identify potential Team Leaders and move them through a leadership development pipeline to ensure appropriate on-the-ground oversight.
Coordinate with other HQ departments to ensure visibility for them to support your work.
Create and hold staff accountable to daily and weekly goals.
Hold regular performance reviews and provide feedback to canvassing staff.
Track data effectively in VAN to effectively manage and coach canvassers.
Job Requirements
Successful applicants will have:
2 or more cycles of campaign experience in field organizing or paid canvassing, ideally with a cycle managing staff.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - this job is about staying on top of tasks and talking to people.

While we operate in a hybrid office environment with extensive remote work opportunities, we require this position to be based in ** the Phoenix metro area.**
This position requires up to 50% travel and often requires work on evenings and weekends. Our company policies outline how we prioritize sustainability and a healthy work environment.
