Salary Range: $72,000-$80,000
Purpose
The Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) seeks to hire a Paid Media Manager to execute DAGA’s digital advertising program.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Deputy Director of Digital Fundraising and DAGA’s consultants to develop and execute a cutting-edge, revenue-driving paid media program
Manage digital advertising campaigns from concept to deployment across platforms including Meta, Google, and more
Conceptualize, pitch, and execute innovative, data-informed digital advertising strategies
Write compelling ad copy and video scripts tailored to platform best practices and audience segments
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, compliance, and leadership teams to produce advertising assets
Develop and recommend strategic acquisition plans
Identify new opportunities to scale and optimize online fundraising through paid channels
Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable reporting with insights to drive long-term list growth
Support additional digital and fundraising initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
4-5years of experience working in paid media in the progressive space (at agencies, committees, non-profits, or progressive organizations)
Experience executing ad campaigns on Meta and Google
Experience writing ad copy and developing ad concepts
Experience developing and executing acquisition plans
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment

Details
Ideally in DC or willing to relocate. Remote employees will be considered.
DAGA’s office is open 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern, but extended and nontraditional work hours are required.
DAGA offices are in downtown DC.
DAGA will work with potential candidates to schedule remote interviews and process onboarding procedures remotely, as necessary.
