Congressional Call Time Manager
Overview: The Dave Min for Congress Campaign is seeking a part-time Call Time Manager to join its growing 2026 campaign. The Call Time Manager will report directly to the Finance Director and will be responsible for staffing and assisting with call time management and follow up. This position is currently part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and operational needs.
Duties:
● Manage call time: staffing the candidate, process contributions, log all calls, pledge chasing calls, complete call and email follow-up;
● Coordinate with finance department to conduct donor research for call time, develop call sheets;
● Track pledges from donors;
● Building, supporting and staffing in person events, assisting with donor meeting memos;
● Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● 1+ cycles of campaign experience OR a relevant internship experience;
● Basic knowledge of Google Suite and Excel;
● Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn;
● Ability to work evenings and weekends;
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation;
● Experience with NGP is preferred, but not required.
