The Partnerships Associate is a full-time role that facilitates client relationships and supports the sales process at Personified. This position is remote. You will support the Partnerships team in the pursuit of new business opportunities and help develop and manage the company’s Sales CRM. You will also help develop proposals, pitches, presentations, prospect target lists, and new scopes of work.
The ideal candidate for this role will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple communication streams both internally and externally.
This is a remote position that reports to the Director of Partnerships.
Maintain Personified’s CRM environment and associated sales processes
Help develop and draft memos, proposals, pitch decks, and related collateral in collaboration with the Partnership team, delivering first-rate materials that target an audience of C-Suite executives
Provide logistical support and process management throughout the sales lifecycle — from initial prospect calls to the proposal and pitch process through contracting
Effectively communicate with internal teams to help meet prospective clients’ goals and their organizational objectives
Support marketing efforts in planning for conferences, preparing proposals for conference speakerships, and developing lead-gen targeting lists to drive new client acquisition
Support senior staff in executing sales plans that drive new leads across targeted verticals
Conduct research on Personified leads, prospects, and clients
Manage sales forecasting and pipeline reporting; ensure accuracy in sales projections.
Maintain meticulous records of projects across clients and programs
Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as required
Willingness to travel as required

Experience/Traits necessary to succeed in this role at Personified:
Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in revenue operations, business development or account management within a MSP, agency, non profit or progressive organization, or directly comparable experience working within a corporation or institution
Experience managing a Sales CRM is a plus (Salesforce, Hubspot, Monday etc)
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality and ability to multi-task
Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Clear, concise, and engaging business writing skills
Comfortable working collaboratively in a team-driven environment alongside colleagues with complementary skills and experience
Creative, proactive, and persistent, with a bias for action
Maintain an interest in understanding technology and digital security principles
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, across different projects and clients, while maintaining a sense of perspective
Meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and expertise in project management
Work with executive management across functional boundaries to develop new systems and processes as needed
Collaborate with executive and business operations teams to suggest process improvements where identified
Salary range $55-70K based on experience and qualifications
