Job Title: Product Intern

**Weekly Hourly Expectation: **5-10 hours/week

Pay: $18.75/hour

Job Summary:

Vot-ER’s Product team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to join our dynamic product team. This role provides hands-on experience in product development, offering opportunities to contribute to various stages of the product life cycle, from ideation to launch and optimization. You will work closely with the Product Manager and Data Associate and occasionally with cross-functional teams to gain skills in project coordination, data collection, and product strategy. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in collaboration and technical critical thinking within the non-profit sector.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist with market research, data analysis, and identifying customer needs to inform product decisions.

  • Collaborate with the Product + Data team to support projects aimed at building scalable infrastructure for Vot-ER's work.

  • Participate in data entry and organization and documentation of processes to ensure smooth workflows.

  • Facilitate communication across teams to maintain alignment on project goals and deliverables.

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and prepare materials for team presentations and stakeholder reviews.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Open to individuals from all educational backgrounds, including those in two-year colleges or other learning paths.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working at a computer.
