This role will cover all paid media production processes. This role will carry out the following duties:
Shoots:
○ Draft crew outreach, gear rental and shoot preparation in coordination with the production team
○ Create shoot memos for clients outlining needs for locations, extras, wardrobe
○ Coordinate with Directors of Photography on scheduling
○ Manage internal databases and trackers associated with shoots
Post Production:
Research and gather assets for spot production (stock footage, candidate and opponent media assets)
Select options for professional voiceover artists for projects, produce voiceover recording sessions, track and report VO usage for paid media
Draft composer briefs for scoring spots
Collect feedback from internal team during spot review process, compile for editors
Maintain internal post production calendars and work with Production Manager on editor scheduling and assignments and coordinating with Accounts teams

Additional Info:
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in production, politics, administrative assistance or similar roles but not required.
We are looking for applicants who are organized, detail oriented, multi-taskers who work well in a fast paced environment.
Given the political nature of our work, we expect this person to be able to work on evenings and weekends as needed.
