The Progressive Action Network (PAN) is a statewide political organization dedicated to electing candidates who champion affordable healthcare, quality public education, economic opportunity, and voting rights. Through strategic organizing, fundraising, and voter engagement programs, PAN works to build long-term political power in communities across Nevada.
As we prepare for the 2027 election cycle, we are seeking experienced and motivated Regional Campaign Managers to lead operations in key target districts.
Position Overview
The Regional Campaign Manager (RCM) will oversee campaign efforts across an assigned region, supporting multiple candidates and managing local campaign staff. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional organizational skills. The RCM will serve as the primary point of contact between candidates, field teams, consultants, community partners, and headquarters staff.
Successful candidates will thrive in fast-paced environments, solve problems proactively, and help build winning campaigns from the ground up.
Manage day-to-day operations for multiple campaigns within an assigned region.
Develop and execute strategic campaign plans in coordination with senior leadership.
Monitor campaign goals, timelines, and performance metrics.
Ensure candidates remain focused on voter outreach, fundraising, and community engagement priorities.
Supervise regional staff, including Field Directors, Organizers, and Finance Coordinators.
Conduct regular staff meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Support staff development and provide mentorship.
Work closely with candidates to manage fundraising activities.
Assist with donor outreach, event planning, and contribution tracking.
Monitor campaign budgets and spending to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Prepare financial updates and reports for leadership.
Oversee voter contact programs, including canvassing, phone banking, and text outreach.
Establish volunteer recruitment and retention systems.
Track voter engagement goals and adjust strategies as necessary.
Coordinate election-day field operations.
Build strong relationships with local organizations, elected officials, community leaders, and coalition partners.
Represent the campaign at public events and meetings.
Coordinate local media opportunities and messaging efforts.
Maintain consistent communication with headquarters staff.
Provide regular progress reports and campaign updates.
Identify potential risks and develop solutions before issues escalate.

Previous experience in political, advocacy, nonprofit, or community organizing campaigns.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Experience using voter database and fundraising platforms.
Experience managing staff or volunteers.
Familiarity with Nevada political and community landscapes.
Bilingual proficiency ( FNF Spanish strongly preferred).
Experience developing field or fundraising plans using data analysis.
Monthly salary of $5,800–$6,400, depending on experience.
