Rural Arizona Engagement and Rural Arizona Action (RAZE/A) is dedicated to ensuring fair and accurate voter registration processes. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our voter registration database by meticulously auditing completed voter registration forms submitted by canvassers.
Review completed voter registration forms submitted by canvassers for accuracy and completeness.
Verify that all required fields are accurately filled out and that the provided information matches official records.
Conduct thorough audits to identify any errors or discrepancies in voter registration forms.
Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations governing voter registration.
Follow all programmatic requirements in Blocks including upload, dedacting, resolving flags, and ensuring timely delivery of all forms.
Stay up-to-date on changes in voter registration regulations and procedures.
Assist in training canvassers on proper voter registration procedures and documentation.
Transport canvassers to and from canvassing locations as needed in a safe and timely manner.
Maintain a valid driver's license and appropriate car insurance.
Communicate audit findings to canvassers and/or team leads and provide guidance on necessary corrections.
Collaborate with the voter registration team to implement process improvements and best practices.
Communicate with Office Manager and Deputy Field Director regarding any issues, patterns or concerns.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Basic Technology Proficiency:

Previous experience in voter registration, quality control
Basic data entry and analytic reporting experience
Knowledge of political issues, policies, and the Organization’s values
Fluent in both English and Spanish
