The Democratic Victory Campaign Committee with the New Hampshire Democratic Party is seeking highly motivated individuals to help flip the New Hampshire House. These positions will report to the Executive Director and Candidate Services Director.
A strong candidate will have a collaborative approach to problem-solving, a strategic mind, and the ability to lead a diverse group of stakeholders, including State Rep candidates. These are entry-level positions, and prior professional campaign experience is not required, but volunteer experience and other involvement in Democratic and progressive causes is a plus. Candidates should possess a willingness to learn on the job, critical thinking skills, and a passion for state and local politics.
General information: These jobs are based in New Hampshire, and relocation to the assigned region within the state is required. Work will primarily be completed in person, with frequent travel within the assigned region and occasional commute to Concord, NH, for in-person all-team meetings and training. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, with an earliest potential start date of May 1st. This is a cycle-based position, with an end date of November 15, 2026.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Oversee the campaigns of multiple candidates for NH State Representative and provide regular updates to the Executive Director & Candidate Services Director
● Assist candidates in preparing campaign materials (mail, literature, social media, etc) and help them set goals for door knocking, fundraising, etc.
● Write campaign plans for targeted candidates and perform regular check-ins to keep them on track throughout the campaign
