All on the Field (AOTF) runs paid canvassing and ballot-access programs across multiple states. We are hiring Regional Field Directors for our 2026 Mississippi canvass program, with positions available in Northern Mississippi (DeSoto County and surrounding areas) and the Mississippi Delta.

This is a hands-on field management position that requires daily presence in the field. Turf in both regions is rural and the role involves substantial daily driving between sites. These are in-region positions; relocation is required.
