Job Title: Regional Field Organizer

Salary:$65,000 - $75,000
Job Duration: Temporary Role for the duration of the 2026 election
Description:
Working under the supervision of the Field Director and/or Campaign Manager, the Regional Field Organizer will be responsible for engaging voters, recruiting and training volunteers, and building local infrastructure to meet strategic campaign goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to empowering California’s diverse communities through direct voter engagement.
Responsibilities:
Build authentic relationships with local leaders, student groups, advocacy organizations, and community-based networks.
Represent the campaign at community events, neighborhood meetings, and local coalition spaces.
Help coordinate and turn out volunteers for public campaign events, rallies, and canvass launches.
Recruit, train, and manage volunteers on canvassing techniques and the usage of PDI.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, finding opportunities to

Requirements:
1-2 cycles of campaign organizing experience
Knowledge of California’s geography and political landscape
Ability to travel state-wide
Excellent organizational skills, incredible attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a flexible and adapting work environment
Knowledge of and experience with VAN and PDI
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work long hours and weekends
