As a Regional GOTV Director, you will report to the Deputy GOTV Director and be responsible for flawlessly implementing the GOTV plan at the regional level and coordinating across departments, in close partnership with the Regional Organizing Director, to mobilize voters in 2024 to elect Democrats up and down the ticket.
Responsibilities
Secure and oversee logistics for 10+ staging location offices, including tracking and distributing office supplies and materials for office preparedness in your designated area of the state
Train, manage, and handle operations for long-term volunteers and large groups of out-of-state volunteers coming to your region
Assist with tracking and meeting GOTV goals and deadlines in your region
Assist with volunteer recruitment, management, and support where needed to ensure your region meets it’s GOTV goals
Assist the Deputy GOTV Director in planning logistics with the Operations team to ensure we have the resources prepared and necessary to win in your designated area of the state
Monitor and respond to all GOTV-related needs within the campaign
Adhere to stated deadlines and keep your team focused and motivated in a high-stress, rigorous work schedule and environment
Maintain proactive and effective communication with colleagues and state leadership
Qualifications
Strong operational experience, including logistics, process and people coordination, project management, and program management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to successfully relate to people from a wide range of backgrounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure work environment and adapt to changing needs and program priorities
Willingness to work extensive, long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends
Goal-oriented and self-disciplined mindset; able to meet tight deadlines and multitask; willingness to hold oneself accountable
Ability to problem solve effectively and creatively
Enthusiasm for building meaningful relationships in the communities we’re organizing
Strong commitment to Democratic politics and ideals, and enthusiasm for electing Kamala Harris and TIm Walz, and Democrats up and down the ballot
Familiarity with or willingness to learn campaign technology including Google Sheets and Votebuilder
Two or more cycles of campaign experience, including during GOTV
Access to reliable transportation and a willingness to travel frequently

This position is based in-person in Georgia with compensation of $5,500/month including benefits and mileage reimbursement. At this time, the campaign is not able to provide supporter housing or relocation expenses.
