Copper State Victory-- the 2026 Coordinated Campaign to elect Arizona Democrats-- is seeking Regional Organizing Directors to support the management and implementation of a comprehensive voter contact program that includes in-person and online activities to be executed by a statewide field team. Arizona is a pivotal battleground state in 2026, from protecting our last line of defense in Governor Katie Hobbs, Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, and Attorney General Kris Mayes to flipping the state Legislature and key red-to-blue congressional seats. Joining the CSV team means being a part of the premier offensive line for Arizona Democrats up and down the ballot.
Regional Organizing Directors will participate in managing an innovative program that reaches the voters Democrats need to persuade and turn out in the midterms. CSV is looking for an experienced Organizer ready to manage a team and coach new staff to build people power in their region. This person needs to be creative in their approach, collaborative in their design, and relationship-oriented in their execution.
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: Start date - August $5,250/month, September - November $6,050/month

Hours: This position’s schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle and will require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.

Responsibilities:
Hire and manage a team of organizers who will recruit volunteers and execute direct voter contact outreach
Develop regional strategies and systems that lead teams to successfully meet daily and weekly organizing metrics and maintain data integrity
Build and maintain political relationships with local leaders in your region to increase buy-in and trust in the Coordinated Campaign at large
Work with state leadership to implement new communications, messaging, and digital strategies in your region
Ensure that all organizing staff in region are properly trained on the technical aspects of the job and work with Organizing leadership to fill the gaps and raise the floor of productivity
Keep your team focused and motivated in a high-stress, rigorous work schedule and environment
Consistently meet given deadlines and communicate with state leadership when challenges arise that will prevent you and/or your team from meeting your goals
Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 cycles of organizing experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively and clearly communicate with different types of stakeholders, from high level elected officials to grassroots activists
Good personal organization, including ability to meet deadlines and manage many tasks at once
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate priorities, needs, and expectations to organizers and managers, both orally and in writing
Desire to ask questions, receive constructive feedback, and grow as a professional
Commitment to equity and inclusion in working with staff and volunteers
Access to a vehicle and a smart phone

$5,250 - $6,050 per month
