Founded in 2018, Texas Blue Action is a woman founded and women led organization. Our mission is to expand the electorate and build long-term sustainable Democratic organizing infrastructure in Texas through a relational organizing model that includes our friends, family, and neighbors. Texas Blue Action (TXBA) is now the largest and fastest growing volunteer relational network in the country. We launched our relational program(2MT) with REACH in 2022 in order to support the work we had been doing on the ground via our Block Captain model for the past 6 years. We brought 5000+ volunteers and more than 500,000 voters in our network. In 2023 we continued to grow the network to over 8000 volunteers, and 864,860 registered voters across Texas. Relational Organizers and Trainers for the Texas Blue Action relational network play a critical role in scaling our relational organizing program, recruiting and managing Texans to organize their friends, family, and community members to grow the overall GOTV network to increase turnout significantly among the target universe.
