Our team advises some of the nation's leading political candidates, campaigns, independent expenditures, corporations, trade associations, and nonprofits through impactful research to confidently make bold decisions and achieve their goals.

Founded in 2022 by award winning research-driven political consultants, Bold Decision is a small but rapidly growing Democratic firm that is seeking a research manager who is passionate about joining the team to learn quickly and take on a variety of research, consulting, and campaign tasks.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Research Manager to join our team for the upcoming election season and beyond. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Washington DC supporting clients throughout the nation.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Prior quantitative experience is highly recommended. Solid understanding of statistics and quantitative research methods is essential, though the requisite skill set and aptitude involves intelligent judgment and a willingness to learn and improve.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (at a minimum) with strong academic record and strong quantitative skills

  • Ideally 2-3+ years (minimum 1 year) of related work experience in campaigns, politics, public policy, advocacy, consulting, or public opinion/ market research
