We are looking for a passionate Gameplay Designer to help expand and refine the Retro Bowl experience. In this role, you will create engaging game mechanics, improve player interactions, and design new features that stay true to Retro Bowl’s nostalgic charm. You will work closely with developers, artists, and testers to bring fresh ideas to life while maintaining the classic feel fans love.
Design fun, intuitive gameplay systems that enhance the Retro Bowl experience
Create balanced features for team management, playmaking, and player progression
Analyze player feedback to improve difficulty, pacing, and overall game experience
Collaborate with developers to prototype and test new mechanics
Maintain Retro Bowl’s retro-inspired style while introducing modern design improvements
Strong understanding of game design principles
Experience with mobile or sports game development
Ability to balance gameplay and create enjoyable challenges
Creativity, teamwork, and strong communication skills
Passion for Retro Bowl and classic-style sports games is a big advantage!
