Location: Remote
Type: Part-time, contract (20 hrs/week)
Compensation: $2,000/month + performance incentives

The role:
We’re hiring a part-time sales associate to grow our sales pipeline by engaging with new and existing campaigns. Your primary focus will be casting a wide net and building the top-of-funnel: identifying prospects, executing on outreach and setting up qualified opportunities for our team to close.
Responsibilities:
• Research and identify Democratic and progressive campaigns, committees, and organizations that could benefit from our platform
• Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, networking) to generate new leads
• Qualify leads and work with the rest of our team to schedule demos
• Track all outreach and engagement in the CRM – we use our own CRM for this! 😀
• Provide input on messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of prior experience in:
• Call time management or donor prospecting for a political candidate
• Campaign finance director, deputy finance director or campaign manager role
• Sales, business development or customer outreach in political tech
Additional skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and high-volume outreach
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage a pipeline
• Familiarity with Democratic/progressive campaign operations and values
Compensation & benefits:
$2,000/month for 20 hrs/week
