We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in political campaigns or sales. As a Sales Manager, you will drive client acquisition, spearhead marketing initiatives, and build strong relationships with our clients.
- Client Outreach: Proactively identify and engage potential clients, including Democratic campaigns, PACs, committees, and nonprofits.
- Sales Development: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
- Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional materials, campaigns, and sales collateral.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and align our services to meet their goals.
- Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, monitor sales progress, and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
- Industry Networking: Attend political events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish partnerships.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in political campaigns, fundraising, or sales. Experience with Democratic campaigns or PACs is strongly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms. Experience with SMS fundraising tools is a plus.
