The Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Campaign Committee is seeking qualified individuals to serve as campaign Field Staff.
These are campaign cycle (April through November), full-time positions based mainly in Allegheny, Erie, Dauphin, and Delaware counties:
● Individuals applying for Field Staff positions do not require prior campaign experience, though it is preferred.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment;
Ability to work effectively and tactfully with the public;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Strong time management and organizational abilities;
Ability to work long and occasionally irregular hours;
Commitment to winning a Democratic Majority in the PA State Senate
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Familiarity with VAN/Votebuilder software
Basic proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Salaries start at $4500 per month and are commensurate with experience.
