We are currently seeking a Senior Campaign Associate based in New York City with an immediate start date.

 

Senior Campaign Associate

Full-Time | Hybrid Position | $5,000–$6,000/month + $500/month health care stipend, commensurate with experience

This role will report to the Campaign Manager and work closely with the candidate, senior staff, and consultants on day-to-day finance, communication, digital, and political operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the volunteer operations for the petitioning program, including recruiting and organizing volunteers, overseeing petitioning tools and logistics, and working directly with the petition team to ensure petitions are completed accurately and on time.

  • Staff the candidate’s call time program for 10-15 hours per week, maintain accurate call time data, and ensure timely follow-up on all fundraising outreach.

  • Plan, staff, and execute grassroots political and fundraising events from concept through completion.

  • Develop written materials for political and finance communications, including emails, scripts, event materials, and other campaign collateral.

  • Oversee and manage a hybrid (in-person and remote) intern program, including recruitment, training, and supervision.

  • Capture video and photo content with the candidate for use across campaign communications and digital platforms.

  • Support the Campaign Manager with ad hoc projects across departments, including political, communications, finance, and digital.

  • Perform administrative and scheduling duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least one cycle of campaign experience is required.

  • Strategic, creative, and highly organized.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
