The Medicare for All PAC seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Campaign Organizer. The Senior Campaign Organizer will lead the national development and execution of campaigns promoting Medicare for All, advancing healthcare access nationwide, and supporting the candidates who support these policies. The role involves building broad support, engaging key stakeholders, and empowering individuals to become advocates for a more equitable healthcare system. The Medicare for All PAC is a leadership PAC of Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal (WA-07). Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic campaigns aimed at building public support for Medicare for All and related healthcare access initiatives. Identify, engage, and mobilize individuals and organizations to champion Medicare for All. Provide training and resources for elected officials, candidates, and supporters on Medicare for All and related healthcare issues. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, healthcare advocates, and elected officials who support Medicare for All. Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and other activities to educate and engage the public on healthcare access and Medicare for All. Work collaboratively with national and local partners to advance campaign goals. Track campaign progress, analyze data, and report on campaign effectiveness. Drive data and research include polling. Serve as a knowledgeable and compelling spokesperson for the campaign, representing the mission to various audiences. Work to support candidates who support M4A policies. Qualifications A minimum of five years of experience in campaign organizing, issue advocacy, or a related field. A strong understanding and familiarity with the principles of Medicare for All and current healthcare access issues. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective campaign strategies, tactics, and organizing plans. A proven track record of success in grassroots organizing, volunteer recruitment and development, and engaging diverse communities. Experience working with and supporting candidates and elected officials. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with campaign organizing tools and platforms (e.g., VAN, EveryAction, Mobilize). Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Political Science, Public Health, Communications). Experience with legislative processes and policy advocacy. Familiarity with public and media relations. Proficiency in languages other than English.
