Position Overview
The Senior Finance Associate (SFA) will assist in all finance department responsibilities. A successful SFA will help expand our fundraising program, staff events, conduct outreach to potential donors, and support our internal systems to maximize efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1 cycle of experience (SFA)
Experience managing fundraising events, communicating directly with hosts
Experience staffing Call Time, pulling lists, managing preparation, staffing, follow-up
Experience staffing candidate is a plus
Positive attitude, team player, ability to work alone and in groups
Campaign experience is a must / campaign finance experience is strongly preferred
Necessary Experience: NGP, fec.gov, Google Suite
Bonus: experience with CallTimeAI or other call time software, Canva
Applicant may be asked to perform other campaign related activities
Must have access to a cell phone and laptop
Responsibilities:
Manage our robust campaign fundraising events program
Prepare for and staff fundraising events
Interface with supporters virtually and in person - Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Prepare briefings
Support management of NGP donor database
Compensation & Benefits
The salary for this position is $6,500 per month.
