ABOUT THE ROLE
In 2024, Relentless is running a first-of-its-kind compensated relational program at scale across battleground states using Rally. This program will hire 20,000+ low turnout voters to become relational organizers in their communities and turn their friends and families out to vote. We’re looking for a proactive, dynamic, and experienced Senior Mobilization Events Manager to help power and scale virtual events within this program.
The Senior Mobilization Events Manager will oversee virtual mobilization event operations for up to 4 battleground states.
Relentless programs specialize in activating low turnout, high-opportunity voters through high-energy, educational, and community-focused virtual events that move participants to action and change their relationship to democracy. Our virtual mobilization events provide participants with an experience of enthusiasm, support, and confidence for the work they are doing—so they can continue to be trusted messengers to their communities.
The Senior Mobilization Events Manager will directly manage a cohort of 2-4 State Mobilization Events Managers and be the primary point of contact for virtual mobilization event operations in those states. The Senior Manager will bridge the gap between the Director and Deputy Director of Turnout and the State Mobilization Events Managers to ensure clear communication processes and smooth, effective virtual mobilization events.
