Position Overview
MFStrategies is seeking an entrepreneurial political professional to join our team as a Senior Strategist. This role is designed for individuals who bring an existing portfolio—or the immediate capacity to build one—and are looking to leverage our firm’s infrastructure, brand, and collaborative environment to expand their impact.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Management: Leverage existing relationships and the firm’s inbound client prospects to build a client portfolio. Cultivate long-term relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
Strategic Planning: Lead and implement client work based on your domain expertise.
Collaboration: Work closely with MFStrategies' team members to share insights, strategies, and support, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to the firm's overall business development efforts.
Compensation
· Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, with potential for higher starting pay commensurate with portfolio strength.
· Incentive Bonus: No cap; bonus structure tied to portfolio revenue and firm performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum of three full cycles, with a specialization in fundraising, campaign management, or political strategy. Proven ability to attract and manage clients is required.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of NGP, Votebuilder, Microsoft Office/Google Docs, Canva, and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude is required. Familiarity with coding languages, specifically Python, is a plus.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Motivated to build and maintain a strong client portfolio.
Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working in a distributed team while working closely with other team members to share knowledge and support collective goals.
