Marc Snyder for Colorado State Senate is seeking a part-time Field Manager. This position spearheads the campaign’s field program through voter outreach and volunteer recruitment & coordination.
Areas of Responsibility:
Managing and implementing all aspects of field program;
Performing direct voter contact, including regularly knocking on doors
Recruiting, training, engaging, and retaining volunteers;
Working with candidate to meet deadlines and achieve field goals;
Assist with maintaining relationships with partner organizations on the ground;
Any other campaign related tasks, as needed such as facilitating events for Rep. Snyder
A Legislative Caucus Field Organizer should expect irregular hours, including evenings and weekends

The salary range for this position is $1200-$2000, depending on experience and qualifications.
