Help oversee and grow our digital presence across all platforms for the remainder of 2026, with the possibility of renewal. This role is essential to building a dynamic, engaging online space that connects Democrats, NPAs, and unregistered voters to Democratic values, local organizing efforts, and community-driven action throughout Palm Beach County.
Manage and maintain all Palm Beach County DEC social media platforms
Create original content aligned with Democratic ideals, local issues, and campaigns
Post photos and edit video content captured by club members and volunteers
Engage daily with followers through comments, stories, messages, and reposts
Participate in the Communications Committee chat to receive, share, and amplify information
Collaborate with local Democratic clubs and chapters to highlight events, initiatives, and calls to action
Monitor trends, platform analytics, and engagement to maximize reach and visibility
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.)
Proven ability to grow engagement and maximize exposure through strategic posting and storytelling
Experience with photo editing and short-form video editing
Understanding of Democratic values, messaging, and grassroots organizing
Familiarity with the Palm Beach County DEC and its local chapters (or willingness to quickly learn)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with volunteers and leadership
Preference for Palm Beach County residents
