POSITION: Tracking Coordinator
LOCATION: Remote
AB PAC is a progressive research and communications organization dedicated to holding Republicans accountable. We are currently seeking a ** Tracking Department Coordinator** to join our Tracking team through the 2026 election cycle. The ideal candidate will have a passion for politics, be a bright and hardworking individual who is able to work independently, and be a self-starter. This position often involves irregular hours.
Primary responsibilities include:
Managing all travel logistics for a large team of field researchers;
Managing department credit cards and compiling expense reports;
Occasional travel;
Assisting with rapid response;
Preparing miscellaneous Word and Excel documents;
Assisting with tracking duties as needed;
Assisting in team projects;
Other administrative duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
1-2 years of administrative or other relevant experience;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Effective time management skills: the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects independently and on time;
Be extremely organized and genuinely enjoy answering questions and solving problems;
Have strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task;
Have well-developed oral and written communications skills;
Have an interest in politics;
Videography and political tracking experience is a plus.
