Main Responsibilities
- Provide training support for one or more specific campaign departments, including Organizing, Voter Protection, Data, and Digital 
- Assist in drafting content for in-person and remote trainings to on-board organizers in the state, ensuring they have context, skills, and practice needed to be successful 
- Assist in running in-person and remote trainings, ranging from how to canvass door to door, phonebank, organizing and engaging their network 
- Collect reports and feedback to ensure successful achievement of statewide goals and objectives 
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Training Director.

- Strong Communication Skills – Can connect with others, regardless of medium, to quickly gain trust and motivate volunteers, staff, community members, and coalition partners
- Collaborative Mindset – Has commitment to a multi-department approach to training.
- Adaptable Thinker – Able to think on your feet and give good answers to participant questions
- Design Ability – Has the skill to create high-quality content, including graphics, video, and text, rapidly and on-message.
- Experience on a political campaign (such as field role or internship/fellowship) is preferred but not required 
- Must have access to a vehicle and ability to relocate if necessary
