We are hiring Deputy Canvass Directors to help oversee a paid canvassing operation for an Upstate New York Congressional Campaign.
We are seeking a potential applicant with previous experience running large paid canvas operations.
Responsibilities
Supervising paid canvassers in order to achieve program goals
Oversight and execution of recruitment, intake, training, and deployment of canvassers
Providing canvassers with clear, quantitative goals and tracking progress
Canvasser Messaging training
Quality controlling canvasser data
Cutting turf
Utilizing internal tracking systems in order to monitor workflow
Qualifications
Excellent communication and oratory skills
Leadership skills
Ability to meet goals
Basic computer and interpersonal skills
Punctuality!
Highly motivated
Previous canvass management experience
Familiarity with Google Sheets
Familiarity with Votebuilder/VAN/Minivan software
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Salary– $6000/month
