The Democratic Party of Georgia’s Voter Access Team is seeking Fellows who will work to ensure that every eligible Georgia voter can cast a ballot and have that ballot counted. This is a part-time, in-person role based in Atlanta (approximately 20 hours a week compensated at $15 per hour) that will run from mid-August through the November election.

What You’ll Do
Voter Access Fellows will support the Georgia Voter Access leadership in the following areas:
Assist with recruiting, training, and organizing volunteer leaders to serve as county liaisons, poll watchers, and other voter access roles;
Monitor developments in local election administration and contribute to advocacy efforts to proactively expand voting access;
Support voter education efforts, including creating and reviewing materials and engaging with local organizations; and
Additional duties as assigned by the Voter Access Leadership.
Who You Are
The Georgia Voter Access program is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
A commitment to voting rights, voter access, and electing Democrats at every level of government.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex information into clear operational guidance (for volunteers, staff, and internal stakeholders).
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
Good judgment and ability to solve problems under pressure; comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting timelines and priorities.
