Wanted ASAP: User Experience Researcher Superviser Trainee (No Experience Necessary)

Who we are what we are creating:
We're a scrappy nonprofit team of activist techies (GetCourageNow) building ** a** next-generation organizing /mobilizing platform that provides three potential gamechanger tools–essential and urgent for any realistic chance to end the fascist takeover, its accelerated eliminating of our last chance to avert the worst of the catastrophic climate scenarios, namely awinnable National Nonviolent Civic Uprising and (well targetted) social strike (NNCUSS) --the by far best proven strategy for toppling fascist regimes: Two of them are called** AdoptAnOrganzer (AAO) and _MAMA! _ **
_AAO _will give wage workers (baristas, fastfood, cafeteria and hotel workers, etc.) a much easier alternative than GoFundMe for getting what they need basic-needs- wise, to be able to quit and work fulltime as activist organizers for the most urgent and critical causes of today. Our other innovative mobilizing tool, MAMA, will make mutual aid for mass actions, social strikes in particular, far more feasible.The first mission of AAO will be to recruit and send 500 mostly fulltime organizers to ensure elections in the 9 close US Senate race states are free and fair.
WHERE YOU COME IN: To ensure our AdoptAnOrganizer is easy for our potential audience to use and meets their emotional as well as economic needs, the app must provide a great user experience. To ensure we achieve this, we urgently need to hire and train a User Experience (UX) researcher/superviser ASAP. This could lead to a fulltime well paid profession, since this skill is in demand, despite AI.
Requirements:
current or former (eg quit or fired for organizing a union) wage laborer (women of color–typical of our audience–preferred),
with a strong desire to fight for the most urgent and important causes at this most critical moment in our species history and the history of democracy, rather than wasting your life in a humdrum job that totally fails to resist the worsening of the world
Excellent networker or with friends who still work or recently worked as wage laborers who also have a desire to instead be an organizer (interpreted broadly, eg outreach speaker, canvasser, fundraiser, social media talent, data analyst, manager, etc)

Duties
1) Recruit a group of 7-9 current or unemployed baristas, cafeteria or fast food workers, domestic workers etc for User Experience (UX) research sessions of about 90minutes each. The attendees would get at least $18-$22/hr. (depending on their cities cost of living). We hope to provide the app in Spanish.
2) To then lead the members of the group in individually going through the initial release of AdoptAnOrganizer app on their cell phone, from setting up an account, authenticating, creating their “support me” campaign to get what they need from financial support from friends to in-kind donations (like free housing), yo providing ways supporters can trust them, while carefully commenting on their experience, to inform us of any confusion, bugs, annoyances, criticisms, and of course suggestions.
PAY
$22/hr to be trained by a senior level UI/UX designer via zoom or in person for about 2-3hrs, one or two sessions.
$30/hr for recruiting at least 7 workers to attend the research session (max 4-6 hrs).
$35/hr conducting the session (which will be 2-3hrs each), ** assuming you get at least 7 to attend.** The Attendees will be paid $18-22/hr. Attendees can also get $25-$50 Bonuses for coming up with great ideas. These sessions will be needed about every two weeks, but can possibly do weekly if attendees are agreeable, and our app is developed more rapidly.
