Young Invincibles (YI) seeks a Western Regional Director to lead our California operations. The Director manages the policy and advocacy, young adult engagement, communications, consumer education, and development work of the office, helping to build YI’s impact in the region and in alignment with YI’s overall goals. She/he/they is also part of Young Invincibles’ national management guiding organizational strategy and priorities.
The ideal candidate has outstanding leadership ability, communication skills, and political instincts. She/he/they must be entrepreneurial, a great team player, and passionate about changing the world. The Western regional director also must be a supportive manager who can grow a team of passionate staff members to advance the mission and sustain the organization.
